Walter Shillington My first review featured the Mebak 3, which was moderately priced, lightweight, and portable. I liked this device. It was easy to maneuver and eased the pain of my overworked muscles. The second article introduced the Urikar Pro 1. As its name suggests, this massage gun is a professional model aimed squarely at the more athletic of us. Today I am covering another offering from Mebak. The Mebak Chic is the least expensive of the three massage guns, but its combination of features and specifications suggest this device might perform very well.
Description
The Mebak Chic is L-shaped and enclosed within a case mainly composed of gray plastic. It is 10¼ inches long. The massage gun’s black silicon coated handle extends 7¼ inches. It attaches to the central unit, which is 6¼ inches in length. Walter Shillington This massage gun weighs in at 30 ounces. It comes packaged within a soft-covered case along with five massage heads, a user’s guide, and a charging adapter. The complete kit, including the massage gun, tips the scale at 3.68 pounds. The Mebak Chic is equipped with a 2400mAh Lithium battery, which will operate between two and three hours between charges. A slide-switch positioned at the base of Mebak Chic’s handle applies power to the device. One of the control panel’s buttons turn the massager on and increases the motor’s speed with each additional tap. There are five percussion speed settings. Another pushbutton selects one of three modes, inducing the massager to vary between specific speeds.

The Manufacturer
Mebak is trademarked by Ma, Hejiang. Walter Shillington
Operation
The Mebak Chic generates a percussive massage, beating the attached head repetitively against the operator’s muscles. This softens muscle tissue and soothes the area around them, promoting blood flow and relieving stiffness. Power is applied to the device via a sliding switch at the butt of the massage gun’s handle. Three LEDs, which form part of the device’s control panel, display its charge level. Five LEDs indicate the motor’s speed, and three are used to denote the massage gun’s mode. Two pushbuttons are centered within this circle of lights. The power button turns the motor on, and each additional jab increases the rate of percussion. The mode button selects one of three different combinations of percussion rates.
Massage Heads
The Mebak Chic includes a set of five head attachments of varying size and shape. These are designed to suit specific needs and to target distinct areas of the body.
Safety Precautions
Bruising can occur regardless of the control setting or the pressure applied. Check treated areas frequently and immediately stop at the first sign of pain or discomfort. Use the Mebak Chic only on soft tissue. Do not massage your neck, head, or any hard or bony areas.
Battery
A 2400mAh lithium rechargeable battery is incorporated into the Mebak Chic’s handle. This battery should last between two and three hours. The AC adapter connects to a charging port located at the butt of the message gun’s handle. Walter Shillington
Overall Impression
I really like this massage gun. While it lacks several features presented by the Mebak 3 and the Urikar Pro 1, this device more than compensates with its simplicity of design and ease of use. If you are looking for a massage gun that can be operated effectively and with a minimum of fuss, the Mebak Chic is worthy of strong consideration.
